Tressivo Return and Refund Policy

1. Our Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition (unworn, unwashed), and include all original tags and packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email us at contact@tressivo.com or use the Contact form on our website within the 30-day window. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid return shipping instructions. **Returns sent without an RMA number may not be accepted.**

3. Ship It Back: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA number inside the package, and ship it using the provided label.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Our Fault: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return label and cover all associated costs.

Change of Mind: For returns based on size, fit, or style preference, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. This cost will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

We will notify you via email to confirm receipt and the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.



5. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Any item not in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

Items missing tags or original packaging.

Products purchased during a final sale or clearance event, which will be clearly marked as "Final Sale."

6. Exchanges

We currently offer refunds rather than direct exchanges. For the quickest way to get a different size or color, we recommend:

1. Initiating a return for the original item as described above.

2. Placing a new order for the desired item on our website.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and quality control. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the damage/defect. We will arrange for a prepaid return and send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund at your discretion.

8. Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order by contacting us immediately after placing it. If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will issue a full refund. If it has already shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process upon receipt.
