Tressivo Shipping Policy
We want you to start enjoying your Tressivo order as soon as possible. This policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your purchases.
1. Order Processing
• Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed.
• Order Verification: In some cases, we may contact you to verify order details before processing, which can add a small delay. We do this to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud.
2. Shipping Destinations & Transit Times
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States.
• Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days): Our most common and economical option.
• Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days): Available at checkout for a faster delivery.
Please Note: "Business days" do not include weekends or holidays. The transit time begins once the carrier has scanned your package. Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed, as delays can occasionally happen due to weather or carrier volume.
3. Shipping Costs
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
• We frequently offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders within the continental US. Promotions will be clearly advertised on our site.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can use this to follow your package's journey in real time.
5. The Importance of Accurate Addresses
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Double-check apartment numbers, suite numbers, and ZIP codes.
• Tressivo is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/insufficient address, we will contact you. Reshipping will require a new shipping fee.
6. Customs, Duties, and International Shipping
• International Shipping: We are not currently offering shipping outside the continental United States.
• Future Note: For any future international orders, please be aware that you, as the recipient, are solely responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are collected by your local authorities upon delivery.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
• In Transit: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please first check with household members, neighbors, and secure delivery locations. Then, contact your local post office or carrier directly with your tracking number. If they cannot locate it, contact us within **7 days** of the marked delivery date, and we will help initiate a carrier investigation.
• Damaged Upon Arrival: If your package appears damaged when it arrives, please take photos of the box and the product before opening it fully. Contact us immediately at contact@tressivo.com with the photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue.
