At Tressivo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium leather purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day easy return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for your item.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).

  • It must have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging.

  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at contact@tressivo.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
