Note: Orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday or during the weekend will be processed starting the next business day.
3. Transit Time & Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: We offer free tracked shipping on all orders over $200.

Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $200, a flat shipping fee will be calculated and clearly displayed at the checkout page.

If your tracking information indicates "delivered" but you have not received your package, or if there is a significant delay, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to help locate your items.
