1. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we offer shipping services exclusively within the United States.

2. Order Cut-off Time & Processing

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-07:00) Mountain Time (Denver).

  • Order Processing Time (Handling Time): All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Note: Orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday or during the weekend will be processed starting the next business day.

3. Transit Time & Shipping Costs

  • Estimated Transit Time: Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Total delivery time: Estimated delivery time based on customer locations
    All destinations: 6-12 business days

  • Free Shipping: We offer free tracked shipping on all orders over $200.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $200, a flat shipping fee will be calculated and clearly displayed at the checkout page.

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a unique tracking number. You can monitor your package's progress directly on our Track Your Order page.

5. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates "delivered" but you have not received your package, or if there is a significant delay, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to help locate your items.
